How do I get a custom piece made?
Please message us with details regarding your project. Please include approximate size, material choice, desired hardware, and any custom finishing.

Can I join the Builders team? Can I get involved?
YES! Send us an email with your name and contact information, and our sales team will get back to you within 24 hours!

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Depending on our build schedule, you have up to three business days to make an alteration to your order. After that, it is up to our production team to assess if the changes can be made.

Can I return Hardware/Furniture?
YES! All hardware must be in NEW CONDITION, with all parts and pieces included. You can not return individual parts such as screws, hinges, or pieces of a hardware set.

Can I get something painted to my color choice?
YES! Please provide a color sample, or a color number and manufacturer for ease of reference.

Can I return a custom project if I don’t like it?
Unfortunately you can not return a custom piece after you’ve received shipment. Once your blueprint and project has been approved by you and our production staff, all sales will be final.
